Terms of Agreement and Cancellation Policy:
Damage Deposit: $250. Fully refundable within 30 days after rental if there is no damage to property and no missing items.
Reservation Deposit: 50% of rental due within 7 days of reservation. The condo will be held out of the rental pool for 7 days from your reservation date. If your deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, the condo will be considered available for booking.
Balance: Due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: A refund will be offered only if the condo can be re-booked for the same period. If re-booking is successful, a 10% re-booking fee will be charged. If we are unable to re-book, there will be no refund.
Security: Crystal Cove is a gated vacation rental community. Security is manned 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
